Four 6" spreaders with ivory handles in closed wood clasp box.  Box dimensions are 7" x 4.5" x 1.25."
Made by Jean Dubost a family owned company since 1920s the Laguiole region itself has been producing quality cutting implements for over 200 years starting with its famous peasant knives.  A bee that is found engraved on all Laguiole products, was originally part of Napoleon Bonaparte’s imperial seal.
As Laguiole designates a type of knife and is not a brand or trade name, Laguiole knives are manufactured globally. This has caused the market to be flooded with inexpensive knives made in Asia. However rest assured ours are high quality reasonably priced and French made!
